lovely stay at convenient location

beautiful interior superb bed friendly staff

the interior design was beautiful. the beds were superb offering a restful night. the shower provided a fantastic experience.. the staff was friendly and helpful making me feel welcome.

the soundproofing around the windows wasn't sufficient. i could hear street commotion some nights. the in-room coffee milk had expired, it resulted in an upset stomach.

the breakfast included a full irish breakfast with various menu options. this proved very convenient, especially when traveling with teenage sons. having these choices added significantly to our positive experience.

mixed feelings about my stay

noisy service small room

the room i booked online seemed different upon arrival the space felt smaller than expected plus i was facing a noisy service road i heard refuse trucks early in the morning this disturbance impacted my sleep i felt the initial room did not match the description.

cute staff convenient location large selection small room no privacy low pressure

i found the staff very cute. the hotel location is quite good. i particularly appreciated the bar area with its large selection of drinks (i enjoyed some cocktails).

my room was quite small. the bathroom lacked any real privacy. i also found the water pressure to be quite low in the shower.

coffee machine complimentary water ample towels

The room featured a coffee machine with coffee and tea. There was complimentary mineral water, both still and sparkling, provided daily. The bathroom included ample towels, facial tissues, and hand and body lotion. The staff at reception assisted with my bags upon arrival and also gave directions to the restaurant.

I did notice the bar service was sometimes a LITTLE slow.

The room had bottles of water and tea and coffee. The bed was super comfy. The location was also great.

The bar had a strong smell of sewage upon arrival. The staff did not seem to care about it. The service at the bar was very slow. It took over 10 minutes to get a drink even though there were few people.
